7. Data Deletion and Account Removal

We respect your right to have your personal information removed from our systems. If you wish to delete your account and all related data, you can do so directly within the FruitPack app.

How to request deletion:

  1. Open the FruitPack app.
  2. Go to your Profile section.
  3. Tap the “Delete User Data and Account” button.
  4. Confirm your choice when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account and all personal data associated with it (including your name, email, order history, address, and payment details) will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7 days.

Certain non-identifiable transaction records may be retained for a limited period to comply with accounting or legal obligations (for example, proof of payment records required under applicable laws). These records cannot be linked back to your identity once deletion is complete.

If you experience any issues deleting your account through the app, you may also submit a deletion request by contacting us at support@fruitpack.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
